The hotel room was well lit and perfectly spacious. I appreciated having a sitting area, iron and ironing board, and work desk in my room. The location was fantastic, with restaurants, fast food options, and a grocery store nearby. It was easily accessible, making it a great choice for my stay.

The entire hotel was fairly clean with tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms. the staff was respectful and knowledgeable. - the breakfast offered was satisfactory with a wide array of food. - the property's location was fantastic, right by Canton, OH and close to restaurants, fast food, and a grocery store. - It was also conveniently located near a nice outdoor shopping area.

great staff & service, clean rooms & bedding, felt secure

The location was located in a nice area. The breakfast area was nice, a little messy at times.

The front desk woman was terribly rude, never made eye contact or smiled. She asked for a credit card to keep on file in case of incidentals, I then was charged on that credit card for the room which she told me was already paid for on my company card. You can hear EVERYTHING from inside your room! Facets turning on from another room, someone opening a door or dresser, curtains being pulled up. Also, the hallways were very dark and there was hair and fingerprints on the bathroom mirrors.

The breakfast options were warm and good. The rooms were equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and hair dryer. The hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of everything. I appreciated the peaceful area. The service provided was excellent, including no charge for wake-up calls and ironing.

Clean rooms Good location for relax

I was staying because a family member was admitted to Cleveland clinic hospital and the hotel would not give me the Cleveland clinic discount. Other family was able to get which would have been less rate. I thought I had booked with Hampton and found out it was a third party. Will never book again on line. Very unhappy since your price was higher than I would get with Cleveland clinic discount. Did not like my experience with the deception. Poor

It sucked badly

The rooms were updated and quiet with a comfortable king bed. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was delicious with warm choices like cheese and hard-boiled eggs that met my expectations.

The breakfast was great with clear ingredient communication, good WiFi, friendly staff, and a convenient location with easy access to highways and the airport.

No complaints.

Convenient Location: This place is situated perfectly close to the airport, restaurants, and downtown area. I enjoyed grabbing some takeout from Wendy's, which is just a short walk away from here. 🍔 I couldn't resist the ease of access to nearby eateries and attractions.
